We took the time to understand the clients’ aspirations, explored a range of design options with them and provided clear guidance through the planning and construction stages. By combining creative thinking with technical expertise, we ensured every decision enhanced both the functionality and long-term value of the home.

The interior was completely reconfigured and the final architectural design focused on creating a bright, open-plan living space on the ground floor. We installed large rooflights and expansive sliding doors, coupled with high-quality materials, bespoke cabinetry and clean architectural lines to give the interior a timeless yet contemporary feel.

Sustainability was central to the brief, and the clients were keen to reduce their energy consumption. To achieve this, we installed 21 solar panels with battery storage, added underfloor heating, upgraded the loft insulation and instituted a fully electric heating system throughout the house. These features dramatically improved the home’s energy performance while reducing its environmental impact, creating a comfortable living environment all year round.

The result is a beautifully crafted home that is comfortable, practical and future-ready.
