We explored a range of possibilities, one idea was a side return extension, so we researched similar projects in the area to assess the chances of planning approval before moving forward. That early groundwork meant the planning process was straightforward and gave the clients confidence that they were making the right decisions.

Internally, the property was completely reconfigured – walls were removed and repositioned to create larger, more practical living spaces; bedrooms were enlarged and bathrooms redesigned to provide greater comfort for modern family life. A complete electrical rewire and comprehensive refurbishment ensured the house was visually transformed and completely modernised.
